The invention discloses a one-way street priority passing system and method based on V2X. The system comprises a cloud server, a roadside end and a vehicle end. The cloud server is in communication connection with the roadside end; the cloud server is in wireless communication connection with the vehicle end; the cloud server is used for storing and/or verifying the passing authority of the vehicle end; the vehicle end is used for sending priority passing request information to the cloud server, carrying out corresponding operation according to the feedback of the cloud server, identifying a one-way road sign image, identifying and extracting geographic position information of a one-way road from the one-way road sign image, and sending the geographic position information to the cloud server; the cloud server is also used for calculating the distance between the geographic position of the vehicle end and the geographic position of the termination point of the one-way street in real time so as to judge when to send priority passing request information to the cloud server; the roadside end comprises a traffic signal control machine, a priority information display board and a marking projection module. According to the invention, by applying the digital public key certificate authentication technology and combining the Internet of Vehicles technology, the one-way lane priority passing based on V2X is safe and reliable.
