The damping valve is driven to be blocked between the second cavity and the energy accumulator, so that the effect of blocking between the second cavity and the energy accumulator is achieved, the situation that the chassis inclines greatly instantly or the energy accumulator is damaged when the height of the chassis is impacted by load changes and road conditions is avoided, the adjusting reliability is improved, and the stability of a chassis system is improved.
本发明公开了一种双级伸缩系统,其包括缸体、第一总成和第二总成,通过控制进入第一空间以及第二空间内液压油的油量,使得缸体与第一总成之间相互靠近或者远离,形成对底盘高度的调节操作,当底盘发生振动时,通过蓄能器输出的液压油进入第二总成,该液压油反复穿过阻尼阀并将底盘的振动能量转化为热量,以达到良好减震效果,悬架系统在冲击工况或者载荷分布不均的情况下,第二总成朝向第一总成发生移动,驱动阻尼阀阻隔在第二腔室与蓄能器之间,进而起到第二腔室与蓄能器之间被阻断的效果,底盘高度受到载荷变化以及路况冲击时避免导致底盘瞬间出现较大倾斜或者蓄能器损坏的情况,提高调节可靠性,提高底盘系统的稳定性。
