    本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,提供一种轨道车辆内空调控制方法、装置、系统及轨道车辆,该方法包括:获取视频监控统计的车厢内的第一乘客数,以及根据第一乘客数确定的车厢内的拥挤度;在拥挤度为畅通的情况下,根据第一乘客数确定车厢内所需的新风量;在拥挤度为拥堵的情况下,获取预先计算的第二乘客数,根据第一乘客数和第二乘客数的较大值确定车厢内所需的新风量;根据车厢内所需的新风量向空调发送控制空调风阀开度和运转频率至少之一的控制指令。本发明的方法能够获得相对更准确的乘客数量,从而能够精准计算车厢所需的新风量,根据新风量准确地控制空调的新风阀、废排风阀的开度和运转频率(适用变频空调),实现节能并提升乘坐舒适性。
