The invention provides a temperature control device which is applied to the technical field of batteries, the temperature control device comprises a cabinet body, the cabinet body internally comprises N battery bins, an air inlet duct, an air return duct, a heating assembly and a temperature control unit, the N battery bins are arranged on the first side wall of the cabinet body, the air return duct is arranged on the second side wall of the cabinet body, and the heating assembly is arranged on the first side wall of the cabinet body. The air inlet duct is provided with a first air inlet and N first air outlets, the first air inlet is communicated with the air return duct, the N first air outlets are respectively communicated with the N battery cabins, and the N battery cabins are respectively communicated with the air return duct. According to the device, air at the first air inlets of the air inlet duct is heated through the heating assembly, the heated air enters all the battery bins through the multiple first air outlets of the air inlet duct, air in all the battery bins returns to the air inlet duct through the air return duct, air in the cabinet body is circularly heated, and therefore all the battery bins are continuously heated; and the heating speed of the battery is improved.
