The invention provides an aerial animal experiment platform and a use method thereof. The flying assembly comprises a support and a power mechanism, and the power mechanism is arranged on the support; the cabin assembly comprises a cabin body, a horizontal and vertical bed, a fixator, a monitoring device and a monitoring camera device, the cabin body is arranged on the support, the horizontal and vertical bed is arranged in the cabin body, and the fixator is arranged towards the horizontal and vertical bed and used for fixing experimental animals; the monitoring device is arranged towards the horizontal and vertical bed and is used for monitoring physiological parameters and flight environment parameters of the experimental animal; the monitoring camera device is arranged towards the horizontal and vertical bed and is used for recording an image of the experimental animal; the control assembly comprises an interaction device and a signal rod, the interaction device is electrically connected with the signal rod and used for inputting instructions and outputting results, and the signal rod is used for being in signal connection with the flight assembly and the cabin assembly. The experimental platform is transferred to the air through the flight assembly so as to be close to a real flight environment, and the experimental platform has the beneficial effects of high accuracy and high reliability.
