The multi-working-condition safety pressure adjustable forklift hydraulic system comprises an oil tank, an oil pump and a priority compensation valve, an output port of the oil pump is connected with an inlet of the priority compensation valve, two outlets of the priority compensation valve are connected with an inlet of a main switch valve and an inlet of an auxiliary switch valve respectively, and an outlet of the main switch valve is connected with a main oil way working port of the system. The oil way between the oil pump and the priority compensation valve is connected with the oil tank through the main overflow valve, the oil way between the auxiliary switch valve and the auxiliary oil way working port is connected with the oil tank through the proportional overflow valve, and the overflow pressure parameter of the proportional overflow valve is adjusted according to the working condition of the auxiliary oil way working port. According to the multi-actuator valve block, the flow of each linkage of an auxiliary oil way is stable, the speed is easy to control, the linkage operation stability is improved, a hydraulic system is more integrated and compact, meanwhile, each linkage actuator of the multi-actuator valve block is prevented from overflowing under the same high safety overflow parameter, and unnecessary loss is reduced.

    本发明公开一种多工况安全压力可调的叉车液压系统,包括油箱、油泵和优先补偿阀,油泵的输出口连接优先补偿阀的进口,优先补偿阀的两个出口分别连接有主开关阀的进口和副开关阀的进口,主开关阀的出口连接系统的主油路工作口,油泵和优先补偿阀之间的油路通过主溢流阀连接油箱,副开关阀和副油路工作口之间的油路通过比例溢流阀连接油箱,并根据副油路工作口的工况调节比例溢流阀的溢流压力参数。使副油路的各联流量稳定,速度易于控制,提升联合操纵稳定性,使得液压系统更为集成紧凑,同时避免多执行器阀块的各联执行器在同一个较高的安全溢流参数下进行溢流,减少不必要的损耗。
