The invention relates to an engine heat-proof coating spraying process which comprises the following steps: spraying a first coating on the surface of an engine shell, and pre-curing the first coating until the hardness of the first coating reaches a preset range; spraying a second coating outside the first coating, and pre-curing the second coating until the hardness of the second coating reaches a preset range; and the steps are repeated until the thickness of the coating on the surface of the engine shell reaches a preset thickness value, all the coatings are synergistically cured, and the engine heat-proof coating is formed. A large-thickness coating is divided into a plurality of layers to be sprayed, each coating is pre-cured, and the whole coating is cured at a time, so that each coating can be uniformly and sufficiently cured, the internal stress of the coating is reduced, the problems of coating bulging, layering and debonding are solved, and important support is provided for development of the aircraft.
本发明涉及一种发动机防热涂层喷涂工艺,其包括以下步骤:在发动机壳体表面喷涂第一涂层,并预固化所述第一涂层,至所述第一涂层的硬度达到预设范围内;在所述第一涂层外部喷涂第二涂层,并预固化所述第二涂层,至所述第二涂层的硬度达到预设范围内;重复上述步骤,直至所述发动机壳体表面的涂层的厚度达到预设厚度值,协同固化所有涂层,形成发动机防热涂层。通过将大厚度涂层分为几层进行喷涂,并将每层涂层进行预固化,整体涂层一次固化,使每层涂层可以固化均匀充分,减小了涂层的内应力,解决了涂层鼓包、分层、脱粘的问题,为该类飞行器的研制提供重要支撑。
