The invention relates to a slit detection robot for a nuclear power steam generator. The slit detection robot comprises a flexible steel belt, a steering walking system and an endoscope. The steering walking system comprises a base, a clamping device, a steering device and a supporting device, the clamping device is provided with a clamping space, a through channel is formed in the base, the flexible steel belt sequentially penetrates through the through channel and the clamping space, and the clamping device is used for clamping and driving the flexible steel belt to move in the extending direction of the clamping space; the supporting device is used for supporting the base, the clamping device, the steering device and the flexible steel belt after the steering walking system enters the nuclear power steam generator. The steering device is used for driving the flexible steel belt to steer; the flexible steel belt is provided with an installation groove, and the endoscope is arranged in the installation groove and used for detecting the heat pipe penetrating slit of the nuclear power steam generator. The slit detection robot for the nuclear power steam generator is compact in structure, the detection process is simple and easy to control, and the efficiency of gap detection of heat transfer pipes of the nuclear power steam generator is improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于核电蒸汽发生器的狭缝检测机器人,包括柔性钢带、转向行走系统及内窥镜;转向行走系统包括基座、夹持装置、转向装置及支撑装置,夹持装置设有夹持空间,基座内设有贯通通道,柔性钢带依次穿设于贯通通道和夹持空间,夹持装置用于夹持并驱动柔性钢带沿夹持空间的延伸方向移动;支撑装置用于在转向行走系统进入核电蒸汽发生器后,对基座、夹持装置、转向装置和柔性钢带提供支撑;转向装置用于驱动柔性钢带转向;柔性钢带设有安装槽,内窥镜设于安装槽内,用于对核电蒸汽发生器的穿热管狭缝进行检测。该用于核电蒸汽发生器的狭缝检测机器人结构紧凑,使得检测过程简单、易操控,提高了核电蒸汽发生器传热管间隙检测的效率。
