The invention relates to a multi-element sensing distributed test system suitable for surface ships and a building method, the test system adopts an upper and lower layer distributed test architecture form, the upper layer of the test architecture adopts Ethernet as a data transmission layer, and the lower layer of the test architecture adopts CAN, RS232, RS485 or Ethernet as the data transmission layer; comprising a software module and a hardware module. The hardware module comprises a data conversion analysis device, a data acquisition device and a sensing device. According to the invention, the defects of concentrated and independent ship structure response and load test are overcome, the ship structure response and load real ship test efficiency is improved, the test and long-term monitoring of sensing signals such as structural stress, acceleration, motion attitude, temperature, wave height and slamming load of each area of the whole ship are realized, and the reliable signal transmission requirement under long distance is met; the maintenance cost is reduced, normal operation of other equipment is not affected by faults of part of acquisition equipment, and the robustness of the system is improved.

    本发明涉及适用于水面船舶的多元传感分布式测试系统及搭建方法,该测试系统采用上下层分布式的测试架构形式,测试架构上层采用以太网作为数据传输层,测试架构下层采用CAN、RS232、RS485或以太网作为数据传输层;包括软件模块和硬件模块;硬件模块包括数据转换分析设备、数据采集设备和传感设备。本发明克服了集中、独立式船舶结构响应和载荷测试的不足,提高船舶结构响应和载荷实船测试效率,实现全船各区域结构应力、加速度、运动姿态、温度、浪高及砰击载荷等传感信号的测试及长期监测,满足长距离下信号可靠传输要求;减少维修成本,部分采集设备故障不会影响其他设备正常运行,增加系统的鲁棒性。
