本发明属于坡度测量技术领域,公开了带有激光定位的多功能坡度测量仪、方法、系统及应用。该方法包括:无人机搭载的影像获取设备采用三维激光扫描技术获取山地和高山地形中公路施工范围,并通过航测方法对获取的公路施工范围进行增减;通过高边坡工程土方量计算方法,实现边坡工程土方量测量,无人机搭载的影像获取设备采用三维激光扫描技术对隧道非接触性全方位扫描,获得点云数据,还原隧道空间图,进行隧道安全施工监测;同时利用卫星定位系统进行桩基坐标定位,实现桩基坐标定位位置的确定;根据获得桩基坐标定位位置进行施工。本发明大大提高了测量放样数据精确度,防止桩位坐标发生人为因素错误,导致发生坐标事故造成经济损失。
