The invention discloses a full-sea-depth low-power-consumption cross-shaped steering device for an unmanned underwater vehicle. The device comprises a vertical rudder steering mechanism, a horizontal rudder steering mechanism, a steering engine room front end cover, a steering engine room body, a steering engine room rear end cover, a compensation film, a pressing ring and a watertight room penetrating piece. The vertical rudder steering mechanism, the horizontal rudder steering mechanism, the steering engine room front end cover and the steering engine room rear end cover are all connected with the steering engine room body. O-shaped rings are arranged between the steering engine room front end cover and the steering engine room body as well as between the steering engine room rear end cover and the steering engine room body for sealing; the compensation film is connected with the steering engine room rear end cover and is compressed through the compression ring; and the hold-down ring is fixedly connected with the steering engine room rear end cover through a bolt. The horizontal steering engine and the vertical steering engine drive the external output shafts to rotate by driving the magnetic coupling coupler part to rotate, the compensation film is used for compensating deep water pressure, the watertight cabin penetrating piece is used for electrical communication inside and outside the shell, each steering engine drives the two output shafts, and the magnetic coupling coupler transmits torque without solid contact.

    本发明公开一种无人水下潜航器用全海深低功耗十字转向装置,包括垂直舵转向机构、水平舵转向机构、舵机舱前端盖、舵机舱体、舵机舱后端盖、补偿膜、压紧环、水密穿舱件;垂直舵转向机构、水平舵转向机构、舵机舱前端盖、舵机舱后端盖均与舵机舱体连接;舵机舱前端盖、舵机舱后端盖与舵机舱体之间均设有O型圈密封;补偿膜与舵机舱后端盖连接,并通过压紧环压紧;压紧环与舵机舱后端盖通过螺栓固定连接。水平转向舵机、垂直转向舵机通过带动磁耦合联轴器部分旋转,带动外部输出轴的转动,补偿膜用来补偿深水压力,水密穿舱件用以壳体内外电气通信,每一个舵机带动两个输出轴,并且磁耦合联轴器传递扭矩不需要实体接触。
