The invention discloses a non-contact signal control system for realizing coordinated release of pedestrians and motor vehicles, and relates to the technical field of traffic, a signal controller in the system acquires real-time traffic data through a millimeter wave radar detector, and the motor vehicles are continuously released to improve the passing efficiency when no pedestrian needs to cross the street, so that the traffic safety is improved. When a pedestrian wants to cross the street, the real-time vehicle data and the pedestrian waiting duration threshold value are comprehensively considered to release the motor vehicle, and the pedestrian is timely switched to release, so that the motor vehicle and the pedestrian crossing can be released in a non-contact coordination manner; meanwhile, the signal control time is flexibly regulated and controlled by considering the real-time data of the motor vehicles, the heart waiting time of the motor vehicles and the waiting time of the pedestrians, so that the pedestrian crossing and motor vehicle release requirements can be dynamically balanced in the signal control time, and the traffic safety of the pedestrians and the motor vehicles is improved on the premise that the passing requirements of the pedestrians and the motor vehicles are met at the same time. And the passing efficiency can be improved as much as possible.
