An energy and signal dual-recovery sonar detection device comprises a shell, a sonar, a propulsion system, an energy system and a signal receiving and transmitting module, the propulsion system is arranged at the rear end of the shell, the sonar, the energy system and the signal receiving and transmitting module are all arranged in the shell, and a pressure cabin and a buoyancy detection system are further arranged in the shell. The propelling system is used for propelling the shell to move underwater, the energy system comprises an energy storage system, an energy saving system and an energy circulating system, a plurality of sealed cabins are arranged in the shell, and the seabed operation time can be greatly prolonged through the energy storage system, the energy saving system and seabed power generation equipment included in the energy system; the energy storage device is arranged on the ground, ocean current of the seabed is used for power generation, the effect of saving energy is achieved, a warning system of the energy storage device can avoid manual monitoring, the unmanned and intelligent effects of the equipment are guaranteed, the integrity of survey data is guaranteed through a rapid rising system, and the safety of the data is guaranteed through an adopted BDS positioning system.
