The invention discloses an elevator self-adaptive operation method based on a working environment, which comprises the following steps: detecting operation parameters of an elevator in real time, if the operation parameters are higher than a first threshold value, reducing the moving speed of an elevator car in a first time period, and if the operation parameters are higher than the first threshold value after the first time period is ended, reducing the moving speed of the elevator car in a second time period; if yes, the moving direction of the lift car in the free state is judged based on the weights of the counterweight end and the load end of the elevator, the moving direction serves as the carrying direction of the lift car, and the lift car only moves towards one side of the carrying direction within the second time period; and after the second time period ends, if the operation parameters are higher than the first threshold value, the elevator is shut down in the third time period, and after the third time period ends, if the operation parameters are higher than the first threshold value, the elevator is kept in the shut-down state till the operation parameters are recovered to be below the first threshold value. The stability of the elevator in a severe working environment can be improved, and the service life of the traction machine is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种基于工作环境的电梯自适应运行方法,包括以下步骤:实时检测电梯的运行参数,若运行参数高于第一阈值,则在第一时间段内降低轿厢的移动速度,第一时间段结束后,若运行参数高于第一阈值,则基于电梯在对重端和负载端的重量大小判断轿厢在自由状态下的移动方向,并以该移动方向作为轿厢的运载方向,使轿厢在第二时间段内仅朝运载方向一侧移动;第二时间段结束后,若运行参数高于第一阈值,则在第三时间段内关停电梯,第三时间段结束后,若运行参数高于第一阈值,则电梯保持关停状态直至运行参数恢复至第一阈值以下。本发明能够提高电梯在恶劣工作环境下的稳定性,并提高曳引机的使用寿命。
