The invention discloses an integrated door ring and a hot stamping design method of the integrated door ring, relates to the technical field of metal plastic forming, and solves the technical problem that the light weight and the anti-collision level of the integrated door ring need to be improved in the prior art. The integrated door ring comprises a B column reinforcing plate, the B column reinforcing plate comprises a first section, a second section and a third section which are sequentially connected in the longitudinal direction, the first section is connected with the threshold reinforcing plate, the third section is connected with the top frame reinforcing plate, the thickness of the second section is gradually increased in the longitudinal direction, a small-thickness end and a large-thickness end are formed at the two ends in the longitudinal direction respectively, and the small-thickness end is connected with the first section. The thickness of the first section is not larger than that of the small-thickness end, the large-thickness end is connected with the third section, and the thickness of the third section is not smaller than that of the large-thickness end. When the side face of an automobile is collided, the lower portion of the B column is prone to deformation and energy absorption, the head of a passenger is effectively protected, and the light weight level of the integrated door ring is improved.
