A second supporting leg is hinged to a supporting leg box through a first supporting leg, and an adjusting sliding groove is formed in the supporting leg box; the pre-tightening end of the adjusting connecting rod extends into the adjusting sliding groove and can slide in the extending direction of the adjusting sliding groove, and the adjusting end of the adjusting connecting rod is hinged to the second supporting leg. The first supporting leg drives the second supporting leg and the adjusting connecting rod to reciprocate between an unfolding position and a retracting position; the pre-tightening mechanism comprises an elastic pre-tightening piece and an adjusting assembly, the elastic pre-tightening piece is connected with the pre-tightening end and used for applying combination pre-tightening force to the adjusting connecting rod, and the adjusting assembly is used for increasing or decreasing the combination pre-tightening force of the elastic pre-tightening piece so as to adjust the movement stroke of the adjusting connecting rod relative to the adjusting sliding groove through the combination pre-tightening force. The action angle and combination opportunity of the second supporting leg relative to the first supporting leg can be adjusted, so that the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg are unfolded in place before the second supporting leg is in contact with the ground, and the situation that the operation safety is affected due to shaking of the stabilizing device and insufficient span of the supporting leg mechanism is prevented.

    本发明提供一种稳定装置和工程机械,第二支腿通过第一支腿铰接于支腿箱,支腿箱开设有调节滑槽;调节连杆的预紧端伸入调节滑槽内并能沿调节滑槽的延伸方向滑动,调节连杆的调节端铰接第二支腿;第一支腿带动第二支腿和调节连杆在展开位置和收缩位置之间往复运动;预紧机构包括弹性预紧件和调节组件,弹性预紧件和预紧端连接并用于向调节连杆施加结合预紧力,调节组件用于增大或减小弹性预紧件的结合预紧力,以通过结合预紧力调节调节连杆相对调节滑槽的运动行程。本发明能调节第二支腿相对于第一支腿的动作角度和结合时机,从而确保第二支腿在接触地面前第一支腿和第二支腿展开到位,防止稳定装置晃动和支腿机构跨距不足而影响作业的安全性。
