The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, in particular to a travel jam improvement system, which comprises a real-time traffic data unit and a central processing unit, and is characterized in that the output ends of the real-time traffic data unit and a weather early warning monitoring platform are connected with the input end of a wireless communication module; and the output end of the wireless communication module is connected with the input end of the central processing unit. According to the travel congestion improvement system, through cooperative arrangement of the congestion information avoidance unit and the traffic congestion information intersection center, acquired data information is screened and updated for a determination and discrimination module in the congestion information avoidance unit; an IP mobile locator and an abnormal feedback module in the data information scheduling unit can provide reasons for causing main traffic jam for the traffic jam information intersection center, so that traffic police can conveniently and effectively process the traffic jam reasons of the road section in time; and the problems of multiple road section congestion emergencies and uncertainty of spatial and temporal distribution are solved.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,具体为一种出行堵塞改良系统,包括实时交通数据单元和中央处理器,所述实时交通数据单元和气象预警监测平台的输出端均与无线通信模块的输入端连接,所述无线通信模块的输出端和中央处理器的输入端连接。该出行堵塞改良系统,通过拥堵信息规避单元与交通堵塞信息交汇中心的配合设置,采集到的数据信息为拥堵信息规避单元中的确定判别模块做出了筛选更新处理,且数据信息调度单元中的IP移动定位器和异常反馈模块可对交通堵塞信息交汇中心提供造成主要交通堵塞的原因,方便交警人员对此路段出现的堵塞原因做出及时有效的处理,改善路段堵塞突发事件具有多发性、时空分布不确定性存在的问题。
