The invention relates to an LNG ship transverse bulkhead block carrying control method and an LNG ship. The method comprises the steps that 1, a center line and a height datum line which are perpendicular to each other are formed on a carrying positioning face of a transverse bulkhead block, and a reflector plate is pasted; 2, a ship body center line, a height positioning datum point and a bulkhead hard baffle butt joint line are surveyed and bowed on the bulkhead carrying butt joint subsection; step 3, arranging a columnar positioning backer at each of a left board and a right board of a bulkhead hard gear line on the bulkhead carrying butt joint section; 4, when the transverse bulkhead block is hoisted to the carrying butt joint subsection for carrying and positioning, guiding and positioning are conducted through a positioning backer; adjusting the position of the transverse bulkhead block; and 5, after the step 4 is completed, the perpendicularity of the transverse bulkhead block is monitored and serves as an adjustment basis for welding of a follow-up device. By means of the device and method, high-precision butt joint of compartment hard gears can be achieved, segmented rapid hoisting is achieved, visual data monitoring is provided for follow-up perpendicularity changes, and the assembling and welding sequence is adjusted in time.

    本发明涉及一种LNG船横隔舱总段搭载控制方法及LNG船,该方法包括:步骤1、在横隔舱总段的搭载定位面上开设相互垂直的中心线和高度基准线,张贴反射片;步骤2、在隔舱搭载对接分段上勘划船体中心线、高度定位基准点、隔舱硬档对接对合线;步骤3、在隔舱搭载对接分段上的隔舱硬档线的左右舷位置分别布置一根柱状的定位靠山;步骤4、横隔舱总段吊装至搭载对接分段上进行搭载定位时借助定位靠山导向定位;对横隔舱总段的位置进行调整;步骤5、待步骤4完成后,监测横隔舱总段的垂直度,作为后续装置焊接的调整依据。通过本发明可以实现隔舱硬档高精度对接,实现分段快速吊装,并为后续垂直度变化提供直观数据监控,及时对装配焊接顺序进行调整。
