The invention belongs to the field of aero-engine fuel regulator accessory detection, and particularly relates to a starting friction force detection device and method for a rubber rolling diaphragm. The size of the friction force of the diaphragm cannot be determined before installation, so that the fuel regulation performance of a certain type of aero-engine is seriously influenced. The measuring mechanism comprises a tension meter capable of moving up and down, wherein a drag hook is arranged at the lower end of the tension meter; an upper support of the fixing mechanism is of a bowl-shaped structure or an axisymmetric structure with a U-shaped section, and the bottom of the upper support and the bottom of a lower support are oppositely connected so that the rubber rolling diaphragm can be clamped between the upper support and the lower support. An annular pressing plate of the upper end cover is pressed on the upper end face of the base, the upper support is sleeved with the barrel-shaped structure, and the annular pressing plate is provided with a lower annular groove for containing the protruding sealing structure and a straight groove in the upper end face. A cavity between the upper support and the cylindrical structure accommodates the inner ring face and the outer ring face which are attached to each other, and the upper support and the lower support are driven by the drag hooks to move up and down. Structural design is simple, and operation is convenient.
