The invention discloses a shipborne hydrological sediment factor measuring platform, which comprises a lifting system, a control system and a power supply system, and is characterized in that the lifting system comprises a winch, a rope and a suspension arm; one end of the rope is wound on the winch, the tail end of the rope bypasses the first guide wheel, then upwards extends to the second guide wheel, is guided by the second guide wheel and then vertically hangs down, and the tail end of the rope is a fish lead hanging part; the control system comprises a winch forward and reverse rotation circuit, a travel switch, a touch pressing plate and a spring, the lower end face of the touch pressing plate is connected with the vertically-arranged spring, the travel switch is located below the touch pressing plate and is parallel to the spring, and when the rope is hung and conveys the fish lead, the touch pressing plate downwards presses the spring and touches the travel switch under the pressure effect of the rope; the travel switch is electrically connected to the winch forward and reverse rotation circuit, and the power supply system supplies power to the winch through the winch forward and reverse rotation circuit. The improvement cost of an existing ship is low, mounting and dismounting are convenient, and the basic functions of the float cleaning ship are not affected.
