本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,具体涉及一种具有保护功能的电动座椅控制系统及方法。包括电源管理模块、微处理器、电机驱动电路、电流传感器采样单元、硬件阈值设定模块和电机硬件保护模块;电源管理模块用于为系统供电;微处理器,用于根据供电电压结合供电电压‑占空比对照表向硬件阈值设定模块输出PWM信号;硬件阈值设定模块用于根据PWM信号输出电压阈值信号;电流传感器采样单元输入电压采样信号至电机硬件保护模块的电压采样信号输入端;电机硬件保护模块用于将电压采样信号与电压阈值进行比较,并输出高/低电平信号至电机驱动电路。本系统能实现硬件保护电路针对电机供电电压的过流阈值动态调整,不易出现误判。

Comprising a power management module, a microprocessor, a motor driving circuit, a current sensor sampling unit, a hardware threshold setting module and a motor hardware protection module. The power management module is used for supplying power to the system; the microprocessor is used for outputting a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal to the hardware threshold setting module according to the power supply voltage in combination with a power supply voltage-duty ratio comparison table; the hardware threshold setting module is used for outputting a voltage threshold signal according to the PWM signal; the current sensor sampling unit inputs a voltage sampling signal to a voltage sampling signal input end of the motor hardware protection module; and the motor hardware protection module is used for comparing the voltage sampling signal with a voltage threshold value and outputting a high/low level signal to the motor driving circuit. According to the system, the hardware protection circuit can dynamically adjust the over-current threshold value of the power supply voltage of the motor, and misjudgment is not easy to occur.
