The invention relates to a motor assembly and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The motor assembly comprises a motor body, an electronic speed regulator, a mounting shell, a heat conduction structure, a first heat insulation structure and a second heat insulation structure. The electronic governor is used for regulating the rotating speed of the motor body; the mounting shell comprises a mounting base with an opening and a heat dissipation cover covering the opening, the heat dissipation cover and the mounting base jointly define a mounting space for mounting the electronic speed regulator, and the motor body is located outside the mounting space and connected with the mounting base; the heat conduction structure is connected between the heat dissipation cover and the electronic speed regulator so as to conduct heat of the electronic speed regulator to the heat dissipation cover. The first heat insulation structure is positioned between the contact surfaces of the electronic speed regulator and the mounting seat so as to isolate heat transfer between the mounting seat and the electronic speed regulator; the second heat insulation structure is located between the contact faces of the installation base and the heat dissipation cover so as to isolate heat transfer between the installation base and the heat dissipation cover. The electronic speed regulator and the motor body dissipate heat through the heat dissipation cover and the mounting base respectively, and independent heat dissipation of the electronic speed regulator and the motor body is achieved.
