The invention provides a roadside perception information transmission method, a multi-access edge device and a far-end vehicle, and the method comprises the steps that a first MEC receives first roadside perception information sent by a first RSU, and the first roadside perception information is obtained by the first RSU from a first roadside perception unit; the first roadside sensing information comprises first state information and first timing information, the first MEC sends first time information and the first roadside sensing information to a far-end device through a cloud end, and the first time information is the time when the first MEC determines that the first roadside sensing information is received; the far-end device is used for determining updated second roadside sensing information according to the first time information, the first roadside sensing information and second time information, the second timing information is used for driving control of a far-end vehicle, and the first MEC and the far-end device are in time synchronization.
