The method comprises the following steps: according to each destination of a vehicle, matching each destination with a GPS (Global Positioning System) to form a vehicle pre-driving track, determining related road information according to the vehicle pre-driving track, establishing a data warehouse according to the road information, and adopting an FP-tree association mining algorithm to obtain overspeed and traffic accident information of a certain road section. When the vehicle runs to a certain road section, the vehicle end reminds that overspeed or traffic accidents easily occur on the road section, and when continuous driving of the same driver exceeds a set threshold time, the vehicle end reminds overtime, sets an electronic fence and calculates a vehicle driving score when the vehicle passes through the electronic fence to carry out safety supervision on the vehicle; accidents occurring on the driving road section are evaluated in advance through the destination, risk reminding is carried out on a driver, and the safety of the driver and the vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及车辆监管技术领域,具体为一种车辆安全监管方法及系统;本发明包括根据车辆的各目的地,将各目的地与GPS进行匹配,形成车辆预行驶轨迹,根据车辆预行驶轨迹确定涉及的道路信息,根据道路信息建立数据仓库,采用FP‑树关联挖掘算法得出某道路段的发生超速以及车祸的信息,当车辆运行至某道路段时,车辆端进行该路段容易出现超速或发生车祸的提醒,当同一驾驶员连续驾驶超过设定阈值时间时,车辆端则进行超时提醒,设置电子围栏,根据车辆经过电子围栏时计算车辆行驶评分对车辆进行安全监管;本发明通过目的地预先对行驶路段发生的事故进行评估,给驾驶员进行风险提醒,增加驾驶员及车辆的安全性。
