According to the traffic jam prediction system, state vector search is performed according to workday information, holiday information and weather information which can be predicted in advance, the most similar R historical state vectors are searched out, a prediction value is calculated according to the corresponding R traffic jam indexes, and according to the periodical characteristics of traffic speed data, the prediction value is calculated according to the R traffic jam indexes. Traffic speed data and traffic speed data at adjacent moments, adjacent days or before several weeks have certain similarity, and the accuracy of traffic jam prediction can be improved through a construction proximity, periodicity and tendency matrix combination deep learning method of the GRU-FC network model.
