The invention provides an infrared temperature measuring device carried by an unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, an infrared temperature measuring mechanism connected below the unmanned aerial vehicle body and a user control terminal, and is characterized in that the infrared temperature measuring mechanism comprises a detection module, a compensation module, a storage module and a judgment module; the detection module is used for scanning and detecting a cable line to obtain a temperature measurement result, and the compensation module compensates the temperature measurement result according to different external influence factors; the storage module is used for storing the compensated temperature measurement result; the judgment module is used for judging the fault condition of the cable line according to the temperature measurement result in the storage module; the infrared temperature measuring device is carried by the unmanned aerial vehicle and can carry out remote power line inspection work, faults of different levels are automatically judged for user reference, the labor cost is saved, and the temperature measuring result can be visually observed.
