The oil recharging method of the electric transformer comprises the following steps that a lifting frame is arranged in an expander shell, and four supporting columns of the lifting frame are evenly distributed on the periphery of an expander body; then the clamping claws are close to the expander body and attached to the two sides of the expander body, then a screwing handle of the pressing device is rotated, a screw of the pressing device drives the pressing plate to move downwards to be fixed to the upper side of the expander body in a pressing contact mode, the lifting rotating rod is rotated, the transverse rod moves upwards, and the transverse rod drives the clamping claws to vertically move upwards together with the expander body. The lifting assembly is provided with the lifting frame, the lifting rotating rod and the transverse rod, a supporting frame body can be formed and is arranged in the expander shell, when the lifting rotating rod is rotated, the transverse rod can drive the expansion clamping mechanism to keep a vertical rising state, and the situation that the expander body inclines and collides with the expander shell, and then the expander body and the expander shell are damaged is avoided.
