The invention relates to the field of integral lifting and mounting of steel net racks, and particularly discloses a method and a device for integral lifting and mounting of a steel net rack by using a prestressed inhaul cable, the lifting and mounting method comprises the following steps: step 1, mounting and fixing a steel column; secondly, the net rack lifting units are spliced; step 3, arranging components and debugging; 4, trial hoisting is conducted, and abnormities are eliminated; 5, under the stress balance state, slow lifting is conducted; sixthly, the net rack lifting unit is lifted to the designed elevation, and then net rack units are supplemented; seventhly, parts are dismantled, and the whole steel truss is installed; and 8, safety guarantee in the lifting process of the step 5, the step 6 and the step 7 and assembly and disassembly operation of components are conducted through matched devices. Reverse prestress is applied to the prestress inhaul cable in the lifting process, the influence of inward inclination of the steel column is effectively avoided, the installation efficiency is effectively improved, and the secondary additional stress of the structure and the construction measure cost are effectively reduced.
