The invention discloses a telescopic arm crawler belt stacker crane, and relates to cabin unloading equipment operating in a cabin. The device comprises a crawler chassis, a rotary table, a basic arm, a second-section arm, a third-section arm, a picking bar frame and a picking bar, the lower end of the rotary table is rotationally connected with the upper end of the crawler chassis, two large arm oil cylinders are rotationally connected between the basic arm and the rotary table, a small arm oil cylinder is hinged between the basic arm and the second-section arm, and the rear end of the third-section arm is inserted into the inner side of the front end of the second-section arm. The third-section arm is slidably connected with the second-section arm through a telescopic oil cylinder, the rear end of the lifting bar frame is rotatably connected with the front end of the third-section arm through a vertical rotating mechanism along a vertical plane, the rear end of the lifting bar is rotatably connected with the front end of the lifting bar frame through a horizontal rotating mechanism along a horizontal plane, and a lifting hook is rotatably connected to the lower portion of the front end of the third-section arm. The device is used for operation in the cabin.
