The invention relates to the technical field of ship protection, and particularly discloses a composite structure containing a foamed aluminum chiral periodic component and a design method thereof.The composite structure comprises the foamed aluminum chiral periodic component and an aluminum plate, and the aluminum plate and the foamed aluminum chiral periodic component are bonded through a binder; the foamed aluminum chiral periodic components and the aluminum plate are both of cuboid structures, the foamed aluminum chiral periodic components are arranged and combined differently, and the aluminum plate is flat, smooth and free of through holes; the foamed aluminum chiral periodic component comprises a base body, an embedded core body and an embedded core body soft coating layer, the base body is of a foamed aluminum cavity structure, a plurality of embedded core bodies are arranged in the base body, and a soft coating layer material is arranged outside the embedded core bodies; the soft coating layer of the embedded core body is made of rubber, and the embedded core body is a metal cylinder. According to the invention, the defects and research vacancy in the prior art are overcome, the generation of stress is reduced, the propagation of stress is reduced, and the ship has stronger combat ability and survivability in modern wars.

    本发明涉及舰船防护技术领域,并具体公开了一种含泡沫铝手性周期构件的复合结构及其设计方法,包括泡沫铝手性周期构件和铝板,所述的铝板与泡沫铝手性周期构件通过粘结剂粘结;泡沫铝手性周期构件与铝板均为长方体结构,泡沫铝手性周期构件为不同的排列组合,其中铝板平整光滑且无通孔;所述泡沫铝手性周期构件包括基体、嵌入芯体、嵌入芯体软包覆层;基体为泡沫铝空腔结构,基体内设有多个嵌入芯体,嵌入芯体外设有软包覆层材料;嵌入芯体的软包覆层为橡胶,嵌入芯体为金属圆柱体。本发明克服现有技术存在的不足及研究的空缺,减少应力的产生与削减应力的传播,使舰船在现代战争中拥有更强的作战能力、生存能力。
