The invention provides a thermal management system for electric equipment and an electric vehicle, the electric equipment comprises a battery assembly and an electric driving assembly, and the thermal management system for the electric equipment comprises a first thermal management loop and a second thermal management loop. The first heat management loop is configured to allow a first heat exchange medium to circulate so as to adjust the temperature of the battery assembly, the second heat management loop is configured to allow a second heat exchange medium to circulate so as to adjust the temperature of the electric drive assembly, and the first heat management loop and the second heat management loop share the heat dissipation device. The heat dissipation devices do not need to be arranged for the first heat management loop and the second heat management loop respectively in the electric equipment, so that the number of the heat dissipation devices is reduced, the occupied space of the heat management system for the electric equipment is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the heat management system is particularly suitable for an electric vehicle, and the service life of the electric equipment is prolonged. The occupied space and the cost of the thermal management system of the electric vehicle can be reduced.
