The invention relates to a battery control circuit and method, a battery management system and a vehicle. The battery control circuit comprises a battery pack, an inverter bridge device, a motor winding and a controller, the battery pack can comprise a first battery pack and a second battery pack, and the first battery pack and the second battery pack are connected in series; the first confluence end of the inverter bridge device is connected with the positive electrode of the battery pack, and the second confluence end of the inverter bridge device is connected with the negative electrode of the battery pack; the first end of the motor winding is connected to the midpoint end of the inverter bridge device, and the second end of the motor winding is connected between the first battery pack and the second battery pack; and the controller is connected with the inverter bridge device and is used for controlling the inverter bridge device to execute switching operation, so that the first battery pack and the second battery pack are alternately charged and discharged. Therefore, low-cost battery heating can be realized through charging and discharging of the battery without additionally adding a capacitor.
