The invention relates to a new energy electric vehicle battery replacing device and method based on WIFI communication. The new energy electric vehicle battery replacing device is composed of a vehicle battery management system and a battery replacing system. The vehicle battery management system comprises a battery management system primary control unit, a whole vehicle control unit communicating with the battery management system primary control unit and an electric box battery management system. The electric box battery management system comprises a battery management system secondary control unit communicated with the battery management system primary control unit; the battery replacing system comprises a battery replacing station management system control unit and a battery replacing station management system; and the primary control unit of the battery management system is in wireless communication with the control unit of the battery swap station management system and the electric box battery management system and monitors data of each battery pack. The BMS adopts the wireless WIFI communication technology, and mutual communication among the whole vehicle, the power battery and the battery replacing station is achieved; the design distribution of wire harnesses and plugging parts can be reduced; the sealing performance and the reliability of the power battery are improved; therefore, real-time monitoring of the health state of the battery can be realized more conveniently.

    本发明涉及一种基于无线WIFI通讯的新能源电动汽车换电装置及方法装置,由车辆电池管理系统和换电系统组成;车辆电池管理系统包括电池管理系统一级控制单元、与其通信的整车控制单元及电箱电池管理系统;电箱电池管理系统包括与电池管理系统一级控制单元通信的电池管理系统二级控制单元;换电系统包括换电站管理系统控制单元和换电站管理系统;电池管理系统一级控制单元与换电站管理系统控制单元及电箱电池管理系统无线通信并监控每个电池包数据。本发明BMS采用无线WIFI通信技术,实现整车、动力电池、换电站三者之间相互通讯;可减少线束和插拔部件的设计分布;提升动力电池的密封性和可靠性;从而更方便实现实时监测电池健康状态。
