Comprising two negative electrode static conductor parts which are oppositely arranged at an interval, two positive electrode static conductor parts which are oppositely arranged at an interval, two pre-charging static conductor parts which are oppositely arranged at an interval, an insulating movable guide column and a negative electrode movable conductor part which sleeves the insulating movable guide column, the insulating movable guide column is sleeved with the positive electrode movable conductor part; the insulating movable guide column is sleeved with the pre-charging movable conductor part; one of the two negative electrode static conductor parts is used for connecting a negative electrode of a power supply, and the other negative electrode static conductor part is used for connecting an electric device; one of the two positive electrode static conductor parts is used for connecting a positive electrode of a power supply, and the other positive electrode static conductor part is used for connecting an electric device; one of the two pre-charging static conductor parts is used for being connected with a positive electrode of a power supply, and the other pre-charging static conductor part is used for being connected with a positive electrode static conductor part connected with an electric device; power-on and power-off are carried out in a pure mechanical mode, and high-voltage safety failure caused by electric shock bonding risks is avoided.
