The shore connecting approach bridge is communicated with the wharf face of the wharf body structure and the land, a machine room is arranged on the top of the vertical lifting elevator, and a control system is arranged in the machine room and used for controlling lifting of the vertical lifting elevator. Through the combination of the vertical wharf, the floating platform and the vertical lifting elevator, people can be transferred between the wharf platform and the ship conveniently, quickly, safely and comfortably.
