The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen energy operation, in particular to an intelligent scheduling method and device for hydrogen transportation vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a hydrogen loading task of any hydrogen production plant and/or a hydrogen unloading task of any hydrogen refueling station; position information and hydrogen storage capacity of each hydrogen production plant in the hydrogen loading task are identified, target hydrogen transporting vehicles meeting preset conditions in the hydrogen transporting vehicle list are matched, and the target hydrogen transporting vehicles are dispatched to execute the hydrogen loading task of the corresponding hydrogen production plant; all the dispatchable single hydrogen transporting vehicles in the hydrogen transporting vehicle list are recalled according to the hydrogen unloading task, the position information and the hydrogen demand amount of each hydrogen refueling station in the hydrogen unloading task are recognized, the matching level of each dispatchable single hydrogen transporting vehicle is calculated, and the dispatchable single hydrogen transporting vehicle in the best matching combination in each hydrogen refueling station is dispatched to execute the hydrogen unloading task of the corresponding hydrogen refueling station. Therefore, the problems of low operation efficiency, high cost and the like due to the fact that big data of all links of hydrogen production, hydrogen transportation, hydrogen hydrogenation and hydrogen utilization needs to be subjected to integrated management in related technologies are solved.
