The invention discloses automatic hoisting equipment and a construction method thereof. The automatic hoisting equipment comprises a truss, a power device, a guide device and a lifting device, the guide device comprises a guide wheel, a sling and a stroke measuring device, the sling is connected with the power device and arranged around the truss by a circle, and the stroke measuring device can control the power device to stop according to a preset stroke; the lifting device comprises a lifting hook device, a fixed pulley block and a movable pulley block; the sling is sequentially wound on the fixed pulley block and the movable pulley block to control the lifting hook to lift through the power device. Compared with an existing auxiliary construction equipment tower crane mainly using manpower, the lifting height can be accurately and automatically controlled, and the manual operation cost is saved; and the sling multiplying power can be adjusted according to the hoisting working condition, the hoisting speed is increased, the application range is wide, the stability of hoisting heavy objects is improved through the double-sling-stroke working mode of the hoisting system, stress is balanced, and traveling is safer and more stable.

    本发明一种自动化吊装设备及其施工方法,包括桁架、动力装置、导向装置和提升装置;所述导向装置包括导向轮、吊索和行程测量装置,吊索与动力装置相连并绕桁架一圈设置,行程测量装置可按照预设行程控制动力装置停止;所述提升装置包括吊钩装置、定滑轮组和动滑轮组,吊索依次绕在定滑轮组和动滑轮组上以通过动力装置控制吊钩升降。与现有以人工为主的辅助建造设备塔吊等相比,可以精确自动控制起吊高度,节约了人工操作成本;并可根据吊装工况调整吊索倍率,加快提升速度,适用范围广泛,且吊装系统的双吊索行程工作方式提高起吊重物的稳定性,受力均衡,行进中更加安全平稳。
