The invention discloses a hidden car bottom weighting structure, and relates to the technical field of elevators, and aims to solve the counterweight problem of an elevator car, the key points of the technical scheme are that the hidden car bottom weighting structure comprises a base and a plurality of groups of counterweight assemblies, ribs are connected to two opposite sides of the base, each counterweight assembly comprises a counterweight part and a connecting cover, the connecting cover is in a long strip shape with the cross section in an n shape, and connecting edges used for being connected with the base are formed on the two sides of the connecting cover. The connecting cover is arranged on the base in a covering mode, a containing groove is formed between the connecting cover and the base, and the balance weight piece is embedded in the containing groove. The connecting cover is adopted to cover the balancing weight, the balancing weight is hidden, meanwhile, the surface strength of the car bottom is enhanced, the weight of the car bottom is increased, the bending width of the reinforcing ribs is increased on the basis of the structure of an original car bottom, manufacturing is convenient, and the original appearance is not affected.

    本发明公开一种隐藏式轿底加重结构,涉及电梯技术领域,旨在解决电梯轿厢的配重问题,其技术方案要点是:包括底座以及若干组配重组件,所述底座的相对两侧边连接有筋条,所述配重组件包括配重件和连接罩,所述连接罩为截面呈“几”字形的长条状,两侧形成用于与底座连接的连接边;所述连接罩罩设于底座上,并与底座之间形成容置槽,所述配重件嵌于所述容置槽内。本发明通过采用连接罩对配重块进行覆盖,配重块在被隐藏的同时,加强轿底表面强度,增加轿底重量,在原先轿底的结构基础上,增加加强筋折弯宽度,制作方便,不影响原先外观。
