An adjustable locking and releasing mechanism for a spacecraft comprises a shaft system, a pin puller locking sleeve, an initiating explosive device pin puller, an adjusting assembly, a pin puller pressing sleeve and a base. The relative position between the initiating explosive device pin puller and the shafting can be adjusted through the adjusting assembly, the initiating explosive device pin puller abuts against the shafting after specified pre-tightening force is applied to the adjusting assembly, and therefore the spacecraft launching section locking function is achieved; a ground manual unlocking function can be realized by reversely rotating the adjusting assembly; after a spacecraft enters an orbit, the pin puller igniter is detonated, the generated high-temperature and high-pressure gas pushes the pin puller piston to move, the locking pin is cut off while friction force is overcome, the piston retracts into the pin puller body, and therefore the shafting releasing function is achieved. The device can be locked in a shafting orthogonal folding state, the overall range envelope of a spacecraft is reduced, and the position planning of each single machine of a spacecraft system is facilitated; the unlocking and releasing function depends on the initiating explosive device pin puller to cut off the locking pin without depending on other auxiliary parts, and the reliability degree is high.

    一种航天器可调节式锁紧释放机构,包括轴系、拔销器锁紧套、火工品拔销器、调节组件、拔销器压紧套以及底座;可以通过调节组件调节火工品拔销器与轴系间相对位置,在调节组件施加规定预紧力后火工品拔销器顶紧轴系,从而实现航天器发射段锁紧功能;反向旋转调节组件,可实现地面手动解锁功能;待航天器入轨后,拔销器点火器起爆,产生的高温高压气体推动拔销器活塞移动,克服摩擦力的同时切断锁紧销,活塞缩入拔销器本体内部,从而实现释放轴系功能。本发明可在轴系正交收拢状态时锁紧,缩小航天器整体范围包络,有利于航天器系统统筹各单机位置规划;解锁释放功能依靠火工品拔销器切断锁紧销,不依托其他附属零件,可靠程度高。
