The invention belongs to the related technical field of hydraulic equipment, and discloses a long-voyage deep sea underwater glider and a buoyancy adjusting system and method.The buoyancy adjusting system comprises an outer shell, an outer oil bag connected to one end of the outer shell, a supporting frame arranged in the outer shell, an inner oil tank, a master controller and a displacement sensor; the supporting frame divides a cavity formed by the outer shell into multiple layers, the inner oil tank is arranged at one end of the supporting frame, and a piston is arranged in the inner oil tank; the displacement sensor is arranged on the piston and used for detecting the movement distance of the piston and transmitting detected data to the master controller, and the master controller is used for calculating the volume of oil in the internal oil tank according to the received detection data and further calculating the volume of oil in the external oil bag. The magnetostrictive displacement sensor is used for measuring the liquid level of hydraulic oil in the internal oil tank, no oil filling gap exists, and the measuring precision is high.

    本发明属于液压设备相关技术领域,其公开了一种长航程深海水下滑翔机及其浮力调节系统与方法,浮力调节系统包括外部壳体、连接于外部壳体一端的外部油囊、设置在外部壳体内的支撑架、内部油箱、总控制器及位移传感器;支撑架将外部壳体形成的腔体分割成多层,内部油箱设置在支撑架的一端上,内部油箱内设置有活塞;位移传感器设置在活塞上,其用于检测活塞的运动距离,并将检测到的数据传输给总控制器,总控制器用于根据接收到的检测数据来计算出内部油箱内油的体积,进而计算出外部油囊内油的体积。本发明利用磁致伸缩位移传感器测量内部油箱液压油的液位,不存在充油间隙,测量精度较高。
