The invention discloses a battery electric quantity determination method and device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring working condition parameters of a battery; the charge percentage of the battery is calculated according to the working condition parameters, and whether the charge percentage is higher than a preset discharge threshold value or not is judged; if the charge percentage is higher than a preset discharge threshold value, performing iterative recursive operation on the charge percentage and battery releasable energy calculated according to the charge percentage; and if the charge percentage is not higher than the discharge threshold, acquiring releasable energy of the battery after iteration recursion updating according to the working condition parameters. Thus, the available power consumption of the battery is determined by calculating the battery temperature and the real-time working condition, the remaining endurance mileage of the vehicle in the current environment can be accurately predicted, and a user can reasonably plan a travel path.
