The invention, which belongs to the traffic field, discloses a vehicle-road cooperation system based on a video structuring technology, comprising a vehicle-mounted system, a signal lamp prediction system and a cloud data center. The signal lamp prediction system comprises a plurality of monitoring video platforms, a decoding module, a target detection module, a tracking module, a passerby attribute classification module, a vehicle attribute classification module, a simulation analysis module, a signal lamp communication module, an image superposition module and a retrieval module. The vehicle-mounted system comprises a vehicle-mounted display screen, a vehicle-mounted camera, a vehicle state information acquisition module and a vehicle-mounted communication module; the cloud data center comprises a main control processing module, a release management server, an information management server and a plurality of service sub-modules; therefore, the vehicle-road cooperation system can realize the functions of accurately and quickly recording the target characteristics through the video structuring technology and predicting the possible behaviors of the target in advance to ensure the traffic safety.
