The invention provides a rail vehicle automatic battery replacement control method, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method is applied to the rail vehicle and comprises the steps that when a battery replacement notification signal and a vehicle control signal sent by a battery replacement management platform are received, the rail vehicle is controlled to run to a target battery replacement station, and a battery replacement application signal is sent to the target battery replacement station; and carrying out battery swap information interaction with the target battery swap station. The method is further applied to a battery replacement station and comprises the steps that when a battery replacement request signal sent by a battery replacement management platform is received, a battery replacement position is arranged for a target rail vehicle; and receiving and responding to a battery replacement application signal sent by the target rail vehicle, carrying out battery replacement information interaction with the target rail vehicle, and carrying out battery pack replacement on the target rail vehicle. According to the method, automatic battery replacement of the rail vehicle by the target battery replacement station is achieved, the labor cost is saved, the battery replacement efficiency is improved, and convenience is brought to management and control of the battery replacement progress by workers.
