The control panel communicates with the liquid nitrogen machine, controls the liquid nitrogen machine to start, transmits liquid nitrogen to the liquid cooling charging gun through the liquid nitrogen outlet, cools the liquid cooling charging gun until the temperature of a gun head of the liquid cooling charging gun is lower than an early warning temperature, and stops liquid nitrogen transmission, the whole process can be automatically controlled, the boiling point of the liquid nitrogen is-196 DEG C, and the liquid nitrogen can be rapidly volatilized at the normal environment temperature; the temperature inside the charging gun is reduced, the cooling efficiency is high, and meanwhile nitrogen belongs to inert gas, is high in stability and does not corrode the charging gun head and the cable.

    本发明公开了一种使用液氮制冷充电枪的充电桩及使用方法,使用时打开辅助电源,控制板和液氮机通电,通过温度传感器采集液冷充电枪枪头温度,若液冷充电枪枪头温度低于预警温度,控制板不做动作,若液冷充电枪枪头高于预警温度,控制板与液氮机通信,控制液氮机启动,液氮通过液氮出口传送到液冷充电枪,对液冷充电枪降温,直至液冷充电枪枪头温度低于预警温度,停止液氮传输,整个过程不仅能自动控制,并且液氮沸点为‑196℃,在正常环温下可快速挥发,降低充电枪内部温度,降温效率很高,同时氮气属于惰性气体,稳定性较高,不会对充电枪头及线缆有腐蚀性。
