The invention discloses an elevator maintenance evaluation method based on Internet of Things perception data and a gradient boosting tree model, and the method comprises an elevator maintenance enterprise data recording library which is used for linking an Internet of Things database, official and third-party related databases, storing the historical data of each parameter of an elevator maintenance enterprise, and storing the historical data of each parameter of the elevator maintenance enterprise; the latest index parameters are updated and recorded in real time; the expert rating result recording database is used for recording rating conditions of well-known experts in the industry under various parameters of elevator maintenance enterprises over the years and providing certain evaluation reference for the feature data processing module; the feature data processing module is used for further processing the acquired data; and the result evaluation module is used for displaying the finally obtained result, further analyzing and evaluating the result, displaying the defects of the corresponding elevator maintenance enterprise in the form of a radar map, and outputting a corresponding rating report, so that the maintenance quality of the elevator maintenance enterprise is further improved.
