The invention discloses a method for sharing a vertical load for a train air spring rubber air bag, which is characterized in that an upper cover plate of an air spring, which bears the pressure of a compartment, at least can bear upward magnetic repulsive force which becomes strong from weak when falling due to vertical overload impact so as to reduce the air pressure intensity in the rubber air bag under an overload condition. According to the method, an upper magnet and a lower magnet are arranged on an upper cover plate and below the upper cover plate respectively, and the polarities of the adjacent ends of the upper magnet and the lower magnet are the same to generate repulsive force. Meanwhile, the upper cover plate provided with the upper magnet can freely slide in the horizontal direction relative to the lower magnet. The method has the advantages that the rubber air bag can keep good elasticity for a long time, and then the air spring can keep good supporting and damping performance for a long time; and high-pressure burst of the rubber air bag can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种为列车空气弹簧橡胶气囊分担垂向载荷的方法,是使空气弹簧承接车厢压力的上盖板至少在受到垂向过载冲击下降时能够受到向上的、由弱变强的磁斥力,以减小过载状况下橡胶气囊内的气压压强。本方法具体是在上盖板上和上盖板的下方分别设置上磁体和下磁体,使上磁体和下磁体相邻端的极性相同而产生斥力。同时,本发明还要使安装上磁体的上盖板相对于下磁体能够沿水平方向自由滑移。本方法的优点在于:能够使橡胶气囊长期保持良好的弹性,进而使空气弹簧能够长期保持良好的支撑和减振性能;能够使橡胶气囊避免高压爆裂。
