The invention provides an electric power steel tube tower climbing robot. The electric power steel tube tower climbing robot comprises a climbing main body and a mechanical arm arranged on the climbing main body; the climbing main body comprises a plurality of driving devices and joint devices for connecting two adjacent driving devices; according to the obstacle-crossing climbing robot, the adjacent driving devices are driven by the joint devices to rotate to cross obstacles on the outer surface of the electric power steel tube tower, so that the climbing robot can smoothly move upwards, and obstacle-crossing climbing operation is achieved; the wheel body units are driven by the first motors of the driving devices to rotate, the climbing robot is fixed to the electric power steel tube tower through the annular electromagnets and the anti-skid sleeves of the wheel body units, and rapid vertical climbing of the climbing robot on the outer surface of the electric power steel tube tower is achieved; the lower portions of the wheel body units of the two advancing assemblies are close to each other, and the upper portions of the wheel body units of the two advancing assemblies are far away from each other, so that the wheel body units are better attached to the cambered outer surface of the power steel tube tower, and the adsorption force of the climbing robot is improved.

    本发明提供了一种电力钢管塔攀爬机器人,包括攀爬主体和设置在所述攀爬主体上的机械臂;所述攀爬主体包括多个驱动装置以及连接相邻两个驱动装置的关节装置;在本发明中,通过关节装置带动相邻的驱动装置转动越过电力钢管塔外表面的障碍物,使攀爬机器人能够顺利向上运动,实现越障攀爬作业;通过驱动装置的第一电机驱动轮体单元转动,通过轮体单元的环形电磁铁及防滑套将攀爬机器人固定在电力钢管塔上,实现攀爬机器人在电力钢管塔外表面上的快速垂直攀爬;两个行进组件的轮体单元的下部相互靠近,上部相互远离,使轮体单元更好的贴合电力钢管塔具有弧度的外表面,提高攀爬机器人的吸附力。
