The invention discloses a novel new energy automobile automatic charging scheme based on separable charging, and particularly relates to the field of automatic charging, which comprises the following steps: firstly, a user parks a new energy automobile needing to be charged into a parking space in a charging area; then a user scans the two-dimensional code of the shared gun head cabinet by using a mobile phone client to start an order, takes down the independent gun head and inserts the independent gun head into a new energy vehicle fast charging port of the user; then the system waits for the front vehicle to complete charging; according to the separable charging gun, an existing seven-core cable is divided, one end of the separable charging gun is provided with an independent gun head matched with an electrode patch, the other end of the separable charging gun is provided with an electrode patch matched with a remaining cable, electromagnets are arranged around the electrode patch, after attaching and electrifying are conducted, the electromagnets are automatically electrified, and complete attaching of the electrode patches at the two ends is achieved. And in cooperation with an AGV with a built-in small camera and a Bluetooth module, the electrode patch is matched with dragging of a cable and coupling of a gun head are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于可分离式充电的新型新能源汽车自动化充电方案,具体涉及自动化充电领域,其包括以下步骤:首先用户将需要充电的新能源汽车停入充电区域内的停车位;然后用户利用手机客户端扫描共享枪头柜的二维码启动订单,取下独立枪头并插到自己的新能源车快充口上;随之系统则等待前置车辆完成充电;本发明通过设计一种可分离式充电枪,即将现有的七芯电缆分割,一端为独立枪头配合电极贴片,另一端为电极贴片配合剩余电缆,电极贴片周围部署电磁铁,贴合通电后,电磁铁自动通电,实现两端电极贴片的完全贴合。协同内置小型摄像头配合蓝牙模块的AGV,实现电极贴片配合电缆的拖拽与枪头耦合。
