The invention belongs to the technical field of tires, and discloses a calculation method and a calculation device for the utilization rate of a tire peak adhesion coefficient. The method comprises the following steps: 1, intercepting time periods of vehicle performance parameter data; 2, selecting a tire linear interpolation based on the time period in the step 1; and step 3, evaluating slip rate control based on the interpolation in the step 2. The method is used for solving the problem that the possibility of obtaining the peak adhesion coefficient of the tire is not comprehensive in the prior art.
