The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted constant-tension electric capstan which is characterized in that a rotatable intermediate gear is mounted on the right side of a rack, a power take-off device is mounted on the rack, a motor output shaft on the power take-off device is connected with input shafts of two speed reducers, and the speed reducers are driven by a motor to perform power transmission driving; the front friction roller and the rear friction roller are arranged on the two speed reducers in a sleeving mode respectively, the two speed reducers drive the front friction roller and the rear friction roller to do constant-speed motion respectively, then the rope storage barrel is driven to rotate, a driven gear is installed on the right side of the rope storage device, and a differential mechanism is arranged on the right side of the driven gear. One end of the steel wire rope is fixed on the rope storage device, and the middle section is sequentially wound on the rope storage device, the rear friction roller and the front friction roller. The electric capstan is compact in structure and easy to control, force transmission driving is conducted on the two speed reducers through the motor, then the front friction roller and the rear friction roller are driven to rotate, constant traction force can be output, and it is guaranteed that rope winding and unwinding are stable and reliable under the load condition.

    本发明涉及一种车载恒拉力电动绞盘,机架的右侧安装有可转动的中间齿轮,取力装置安装在机架上,取力装置上的电机输出轴与两个减速机的输入轴连接,通过电机带动减速机进行传力驱动,前摩擦滚筒和后摩擦滚筒分别套装在两个所述减速机上,通过两个减速机分别带动前摩擦滚筒、后摩擦滚筒做等速运动,进而带动储绳筒转动,储绳器的右侧安装有被动齿轮,被动齿轮的右侧设有一个差速机构,钢丝绳的一端固定在储绳器上,其中段依次缠绕在储绳器、后摩擦滚筒、前摩擦滚筒上。本发明电动绞盘结构紧凑,控制简单,通过电机对两个减速机进行传力驱动,进而带动前、后摩擦滚筒转动,能够输出恒定的牵引力,保证负载情况下收、放绳平稳、可靠工作。
